Friday, September 2nd- Spirit Day!

Submitted by Sherilyn.woodhouse on

Along with our Treat Friday tomorrow, we have our  School Spirit Day

What is School Spirit?

School spirit gives a sense of community within our school.  It shows that we value each other and what Riverview stands for, which is to Engage, Empower, and Collaborate as we Turn "I Can't" into "I Can" through learning while giving support to students and faculty in a safe, respectful, and kind environment.

Attention bike riders...

Attention Riverview Bike Riders!

Please help!  Our front-of-school bike rack is burdensome for everyone.  We are asking students to park their bikes starting in the middle section of the rack and moving out to the ends of the rack.

Parents, will you please remind your students to park their bikes and ensure they are standing in the rack and not laying down and causing a pileup, as you can see in the picture.   There is an additional bike rack towards the playground that can be used as well.

Riverview Annual Flag Ceremony

Submitted by Sherilyn.woodhouse on

Riverview's flag ceremony opens the new 2022-2023 school year.  We feel the flag-raising tradition is integral to education and can help students develop a sense of belonging to the country, state, and community.  The flag promotes patriotism.  The U.S. flag represents our nation and its shared history, pride, principles, and commitment of its people.

We proudly display this powerful symbol and show our respect for everything it represents.  Let's go, Riverview Rams!  We know this school year will be memorable and amazing.
