Principal Moment

When I think of Valentine’s Day memories, one stands out to me.

I was in third grade.  I remember how excited I was to hand out Valentine’s Day cards during my class.

I had picked out a special card for the boy who made my heart swell and filled my belly with butterflies.  It was the perfect card.

I placed the card into his handmade Valentine’s Day mailbox before passing out the rest of my cards to my classmates.

The Living Planet Aquarium Water Van came to Riverview and taught the 4th graders about Utah environments and animals. They learned about animal adaptations that help the animals survive in their environment. Thanks Living Planet Aquarium!

Miss McLeod’s Class

Miss McLeod’s class has a kindness bucket that students can fill with little droplets whenever someone is being kind. Miss McLeod’s class filled their bucket full and celebrated with a pizza party! We love being kind friends!

Mrs. Hyer's Kindergarten

Riverview Kindergarteners celebrated the hundred day of kindergarten all week long by

counting 100 blocks, doing 100 exercises, 100 tally marks, 100 jumps, painting 100 dots,

dreaming if I had $100 what I would buy, making 100 year old faces and writing what we would do with our grandkids when we are 100 years old!

To top off our last day of the week we ate 100 cookies and decorated our shirts with 100 things on them. We truly are 100 days smarter!

Every February our school is invited to Spanish Fork High School to watch a theater production.  Some of our students have never seen a live theater production before.  It is a wonderful cultural experience for all of them.

This trip is always extra special because several Riverview Rams are always in the production.
