Students Learn To Be BIG

Submitted by alyssa.mathis on

Mrs. Killian read the book "BIG" to Riverview students. Students learned that big isn't measured in inches, size, or years. Student's were asked how they could be big. Student answered they could be big by being kind to people, helping others, sharing, and keeping the school clean. Big is measured by what we do, what we say, and the size of our heart. Students were reminded they can be big by Making A Mark, Making It Matter.

Bookfair...Coming Soon!

Submitted by angela.killian on

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming October 24th- 28th.  It comes every year to Riverview and will transform our stage into our very own bookstore! There you will find hundreds of books from new and favorite authors, popular series, cool posters and school supplies!  Your child will visit the book fair with his or her class. We’re looking forward to seeing you and your family there too! Parents are encouraged to visit the fair before or after school, and/or at one of our special events.
