Principal Moment
We are so proud of our students who shared their talents in our reflection contest. We were all amazed at the talent we have in our school! Well done Riverview Rams!
We were so happy to welcome our Veterans at Riverview today. Thank you to all that have sacrificed for our freedom.
Mrs.Jarvis’s 4th grade class was invited to perform at the Learning Edge Conference in Provo on Tuesday, November 12th. They helped choreograph a dance representing the 5 Paiute bands of Utah. They also had a chance to watch Native American performers. They did so well and were amazing representatives of Riverview!
The fifth grade classes visited the Olympic Park Museum in Park City where we got to learn about the history of skiing in Utah and see some Olympic memorabilia. The best part was a visit from a Para Olympian who lives in Park City, Keith Hadley. He told us his story of how determined he was to get back on the slopes after his accident, and showed us his bronze and silver medals. We wish him well as he is now on a quest for the gold!
Utah County schools honored over 100 companies on Friday, November 1st from Utah County for their important partnerships with education.
Riverview recognized Mr. and Mrs. Alan Hughes from Wasatch Cable and Design. Last year, the Hughes' donation helped to purchase Chromebook devices which are being used in our special education classrooms.
Thank you parent helpers! We sure appreciate you!
