Monday afternoon all Riverview students read books at the same time to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday!

Mrs. Cheever's first grade class and Mrs. Nielson and Mrs. Callister's second grade class celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday by dressing up as Dr. Seuss book characters.  Riverview students had a fun time reading Dr. Seuss books and other books for a school wide reading competition. Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!  

Riverview students had an assembly on oral hygiene. As students watched a dinosaur puppet show they were reminded to brush their teeth every morning and night, visit the dentist twice a year, and floss once a day. Students decided to take care of their teeth so they don't go extinct!

Riverview is happy to announce January's Student of the Month for each class.
